SORSOGON CITY, Philippines – Jollibee, the country’s beloved fast-food chain, is always jam-packed with people, especially on weekends. But customers of Jollibee SM City Sorsogon can now enjoy a faster and more convenient way of ordering their favorite meals.
The branch in SM is one of the first in the province to implement self-ordering kiosks and use beepers/pagers when you order, which is already a standard feature in several Jollibee stores across the country.
The self-ordering kiosks are touch-screen devices that allow customers to choose their food items, customize their orders, and pay using cash or card. The kiosks also display the estimated waiting time and the total amount of the order.
The beepers/pagers are small devices that vibrate and light up when the order is ready for pickup. Customers can then go to a designated counter to claim their food. The beepers/pagers help reduce crowding and confusion at the counters, as well as ensure that customers receive their orders fresh and hot.
According to Jollibee SM City Sorsogon manager Ms. Liza Santos, the new features are part of the company’s efforts to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. “We want to provide our customers with a better dining experience by making their ordering process easier and faster. We also want to optimize our operations and reduce errors and delays,” she said.
Ms. Santos added that the feedback from the customers has been positive so far. “They appreciate the convenience and innovation that we offer. They also find the kiosks and beepers fun and user-friendly,” she said.
Jollibee SM City Sorsogon is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is located at the ground floor of SM City Sorsogon along Maharlika Highway, Barangay Balogo, Sorsogon City.
