A diverse collection of art pieces from local and international artists is on display at the Showroom Exhibition by Philippine Art in Cebu City.
The exhibition, which runs from September 1 to 30, 2023, features paintings, sculptures, and resin arts that showcase the creativity and talent of the participating artists.
Among the highlights of the exhibition are a series of paintings by Cebuano artist Albert Gamboa that depict the beauty of the city’s natural landscape. Another highlight is a sculpture by Filipino-American artist Daniel dela Cruz that explores the themes of identity and migration.
The exhibition also features works by other notable artists, including Jose Joya, Mario Parial, and Brenda Fajardo. All of the artworks are up for sale, and proceeds will benefit the Philippine Art Foundation, which supports the development of art education in the Philippines.
The Showroom Exhibition is open to the public and admission is free. It is located at 1Nito Tower, Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City.
The exhibition is a great opportunity to see the work of some of the best artists in the Philippines and to celebrate the diversity of Philippine art. It is also a chance to support the development of art education in the country.
