Jin Air, the South Korean low-cost carrier, successfully completed its maiden flight from Incheon International Airport to Bohol Panglao International Airport (BPIA) on July 18.

This historic flight marks the second airline to establish a direct route between South Korea and the picturesque province of Bohol in just three days.

The Jin Air aircraft touched down at BPIA at precisely 2:38 a.m., carrying 185 passengers eager to explore the natural beauty and cultural richness of Bohol.

The airline’s commitment to enhancing connectivity between the two nations is evident, as it joins Air Seoul in providing convenient travel options for passengers seeking direct flights between Incheon and Panglao.

On Wednesday night, Air Seoul also launched its inaugural Incheon-Panglao service, with an aircraft carrying 190 passengers arriving at BPIA.

The simultaneous launch of these direct routes underscores the growing demand for travel between South Korea and Bohol, known for its pristine beaches, vibrant marine life, and captivating landscapes.

Travelers can now enjoy seamless journeys between Incheon and Panglao, thanks to the efforts of Jin Air and Air Seoul.
