With the rapid changes in the logistics industry and the practice of the customs broker profession, Jill L. Tolentino Customs Brokerage (JLTCB) continuously prepares its student interns to be industry-ready.

Several students at Emilio Aguinaldo College – Cavite, Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila, Gordon College, Mariners Polytechnic Colleges Foundation – Legazpi, Asia Pacific College of Advance Studies, and Westmead International School finished their internship program in the third quarter of 2023 at JLTCB.

In a bid to bridge the gap between the academe and industry, JLTCB continues to provide customs administration student-interns with a task-oriented internship program where they are asked to carry out assignments while being coached by a supervisor. At the end of the internship, JLTCB aims to impart to the student-interns the application of theoretical knowledge in actual practice, the basic skills needed to meet the standards of competitive work, whether clerical or operational, self- and time management in a high-pressure work environment, as well as work habits and attitude.

If you are interested in joining our pool of interns, you may send your resumes to [email protected] or call us at (02) 7759-8372.

We will continue our mission to empower the next generation of licensed customs brokers in the country.
